Kniebund LederhosenKnee-length lederhosen also known as Kniebund Lederhosen are similar to the so-called “Knickerbocker” form. This type of lederhosen is older than the shorter model and was originally worn soley for festive occasions. Knee-length lederhosen (with the typical lacing to the side and below the knees) are often combined with embroidered V-shaped suspenders. Short lederhosen, in contrast, are usually worn with H-shaped suspenders.
