Conclusion of Contract

Contractual language is German. The illustrations of the products in the online-store do not represent a legally binding offer, but represent a non-binding online-catalog.

After submitting your personal information and by clicking the button in the last step of the order process, you make a legally binding order of the articles placed in your shopping cart. The confirmation of the order received follows immediately after submitting the order online. The sales contract is fulfilled with the confirmation of the order or the delivery of the sales-goods.

For Bavaria-Lederhosen.com the order is legally binding only if it is confirmed in writing within 10 days or through the delivery of the goods. The customer relinquishes insofar a declaration of acceptance. The receipt of your order is immediately confirmed via email, and this acknowledgment of receipt does not represent a legally-binding declaration of acceptance. Unsuccessful completion of an order by lapse of time results in its rejection.

Payment and Prices

All prices are in Euro (EUR) and contain the individual sales tax. All prices exclude shipping costs and possible C.O. D. (cash on delivery) charges. Shipping costs depend on the total value of the order and the selected shipping type

The minimal purchase value is 1 Euro. Prices are determined at the time of the order. The validity period of our time-limited offers can be seen where the offers are displayed within the online-shop.

Bavaria-Lederhosen.com has the right to correct wrongly displayed prices. Should the corrections lead to an increase in price, the customer has the right to refuse and revoke the contract.

Shipment to countries outside the EU may lead to additional customs fees, which Bavaria-Lederhosen.com has no influence on whatsoever. These custom fees are carried by the customer.

Credit Card Payment

When paying by credit card (Master Card or Visa), the credit card will be charged immediately after the order is received showing the name “Bavaria-Lederhosen.com”. We recommend keeping a copy of the transaction procedure.

Right of Cancellation and Consequences

The sales contract can be cancelled by sending the goods back to Bavaria Lederhosen within 2 weeks after delivery. The date of the postmark is the legally binding date.

Bavaria Lederhosen will reimburse return shipping costs for returns or exchanges only in the case of items wrongly delivered. This is not the case when sizes were incorrectly ordered.

After goods have been sent back to Bavaria Lederhosen, the sales contract will be cancelled, and Bavaria-Lederhosen.com will return within 14 days any payments received either via bank transfer or credit to the credit card account.

The purchaser carries the costs of any decrease in value of the items if this decrease cannot be solely explained by the normal inspection of the delivered items, as for instance as done in person in a store. Should items be returned (within 2 weeks after receipt), the customer can avoid these costs by not using the items and avoiding anything that could alter the value of the articles.

Audio- or Video recordings and software, once the original seals of the delivered items have been broken, cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Scope of Application

These general terms and conditions are binding for the contractual relationship between the customer and Fa. Bavaria Lederhosen in 80623 Munich, Volkartstraße 18. Conditions that are contrary to these terms and conditions, or vary from these, are not recognized by the firm Bavaria Lederhosen and are hereby explicitly rejected. Any other terms and conditions put forth by customers are only then valid when a written approval from the firm Bavaria Lederhosen is at hand.

Conditional Sale

The goods remain the property of Bavaria Lederhosen until the entire payment has been received.

Shipment, Partial Delivery

Bavaria Lederhosen determines the shipping route and – means, insofar as the customer does not select a specific shipping procedure, for which he carries any additional fees which could possibly arise.

Available articles usually ship within one to three days after the payment has been received. Any information on a delivery date is non-binding and is subject to the availability of the ordered items or services.

Bavaria Lederhosen has the right to ship partial deliveries. Bavaria Lederhosen determines the shipping route and – means, insofar as the customer does not select a specific shipping procedure, for which he carries any additional fees which could possibly arise.

Available articles usually ship within one to three days after the payment has been received. Any information on a delivery date is non-binding and is subject to the availability of the ordered items or services.

Bavaria Lederhosen has the right to ship partial deliveries.
